[Feature]: replace express with hono

Problem statement

I'm using hono/mcp for a while and it works so good. this reduces bundle size and faster
although this only supports http streaming, we don't need sse anymore

Proposed solution

replace express with hono

hey there @ryoppippi ! this is compatible with xmcp since we do not support sse either.
I wouldn't replace express, I'd have both of them, like another adapter if you may. What do you think about this solution?
