Added the missing "External dependencies" group to the User guide tab sidebar in docs.json across all applicable documentation versions. For the HEAD version, this includes links to external/module, external/repo, and external/lockfile. For versions 8.4 through 6.5, it includes external/module, external/lockfile, and external/advanced. Version 5.4 was not updated as it lacks an external directory. The new section is positioned after the "Migrate" group for easy discovery.
