starlark parser doesn't support lambda expressions

Description of the bug:

Since lambda expressions are now available in starklark, the PSI? should support it.

create a test.bzl with the content from the spec page

def map(f, list):
    return [f(x) for x in list]

map(lambda x: 2*x, range(3))    # [2, 4, 6]
