IDEA can't refresh git status when file commit external

Description of the bug:

My IDEA version is ideaIU-2025.1.2-aarch64, run on macOS. I updated bazel plugin to [2025.05.27.0.1-api-version-251], after I modified a file, I committed in a terminal, but IDEA can't refresh git status. I installed an old version [2025.05.13.0.1-api-version-251], it works well.

3、back to IDEA, the file git status is still modified(white color, not blue)

I can confirm that there are some issues with refreshing the modified status of a file. Not sure if this is related to the plugin though. IntelliJ Ultimate 251.26927.53

Steps to reproduce:

1. Modify a file but don't commit it.
2. Close the project and open it again (restarting the IDE is not necessary).
3. Revert the modification.
4. Observe that the file is still highlighted blue in the project tool window.
