I've had better performance & less work integrating react-data-grid than Tanstack Table

• better presentation: header is sticky, with great horizontal scroll sync (hard with both Tanstack Table & shadcn)
• better performance -- infinite scroll & virtualized DOM is more natural both client side & server-side
• smaller bundler size

Would actually love to help contribute too, but not sure what would be the best steps to start

Great, let's do it.

Priority right now is what I'm calling "The Great Decoupling" — decoupling the component from TanStack Table. As you can tell, this will open many doors for integrations with different table libraries, server-side vs. client-side filtering, etc.

We can take a look at this next week, once I've finished the decoupling.
