I suspect this isn't anything to do with surePy, but perhaps it could be relevant....
I have noticed that when an event occurs - such as my cat leaving the house, I get an alert via the API (and indeed via the official app) within seconds.
However, the time in that event is ~3 minutes in the past
The offset seems to vary a little, but is normally about 3 minutes
So as an example, my cat left at 2121 today
I then retrieved an alert in HA showing "cat away since: 2116" (and this matched the app)
Does this suggest perhaps the hub itself has a time sync problem....?
I had assumed the zigbee message went to the hub, which timestamped the event and sent it to the cloud?
I'll maybe add a local offset for my logging here...I've also raised a ticket with SureFlap.
