Plan for migration to bbop-graph and other libraries

Continuing from #33

My understanding is that the plan is to deprecate this library and replace it with other libraries. I'd like to make sure we don't lose any documentation when doing this. I can help move the graph docs over to bbop-graph, and updating them in the process. I don't want to start making PRs or wiki edits to bbop-graph yet til I'm sure of the plan.

We'll have to comb through and migrate all the items: this repo is deprecated.
The autogen docs are ick, but they exists, I just haven't gotten them into my workflow yet.
