add UI-visible versioning to trifecta binary (and check if there's an update available?)

add a version-number to the header/footer to actually see if you're running the latest and greatest and maybe add a notification if there's an update available (so you can poke the admin if needed).

Half of this has been done! There is now a version in the footer.

as this is still open, just updating with some extra info:

the version footer shows as "undefined" when using docker-compose

"Learn more about Trifecta on Microsoft GitHub — version undefined"
