It should be possible to change the range of graphs

If plotting should be implemented clientside, i've used https://github.com/leeoniya/uPlot before and its great. Very fast and not overly complex.

I was thinking of using vega https://vega.github.io/vega/ as I already used it, I'll take a look at uplot

Vega seems like it might be overkill for some basic line plots like this. Performance also seems quit a lot worse. I liked uPlot when I used it because it just does one thing well.

What are your general plans for the Website? I might, depending on IRL, have some time to work on basic interactive graphs but i'd like to know what (not) to do. Were you planning on anything more complex than templates, a Rust, Js, or CSS frontend framework? Is keeping the current anchor links working important?

rather than plans, the two guiding principles for the website are:

• no backend server
• can help identify commits (or commit ranges) that introduce a change

I would prefer to keep it as JS-light as possible, so templates with some code to setup the graphs seems a good idea. Data could be available as json files, or loaded in an embedded database.

The anchor links can go away, I added them because with the number of stats, it became too hard to find a specific one. The text makes it searchable by the browser, and the anchor makes it shareable. It's completely OK to replace that with something else that is searchable and shareable
