Describe the Issue
On raising a PR for new/modifying existing docker-compose file, it is hard to check for minute error.
Expected Solution
On every PR raised, we would like to have CI checks to be integrated. Which verifies the docker-compose file syntactically (if feasible then by running).
Alternatives
If docker-compose validator does not seem to be working as CI check; We can opt-in for integrating it as (pre-push) git hooks.
And the last option to opt will be running the docker-compose file in CI check.
Additional Context
There already exists convert (previously config) command to parse the docker-compose file for target platform. Which serves the intention to validate the docker-compose file.
A set of pre-commit hooks are implemented on this repo.
A python script to validate docker-compose is available on this repo.
