bii simple layout incompatible with Ninja Generator

This is probably an upstream bug in CMake, and I've reported it as such: http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=15682

Opening the bug here for reference in case anyone else found the same issue when using `-G Ninja` with `bii cpp:configure`
