Ansible for Fake Root Setup

Problem

Currently a single SLURM node is set with fake root by hand, and there is no way of easily changing or expanding the number of nodes which this can occur with.

Solution

Create an Ansible script that would setup fake root, and allow easy changes to which node has it.
