13.16.x release ios pod install / codegen fails

[Codegen] UnsupportedGenericParserError: Module NativeRNCWebViewModule: Unrecognized generic type 'undefined' in NativeModule spec.

When trying to prebuild ios projects with Expo SDK 53 using 13.16.x release of this library.

With 13.15.x everything works.

I don't have such problem with the barebone RN, thus unlikely to do anything about it any time soon ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
