Feature Request: Log actual errors on CLN nodes

Describe desired feature
When running SimLN with CLN nodes, actual errors aren't logged during connection, making debugging harder. Instead of ignoring the exact errors and only logging generic messages like `Cannot load client certificate," we could append the app's specific error message.
