Below is the new Lab03 environment, with a few important points to note:

1. In the FIR specifications, please note that Tap_Num (Coef_Num) is no longer fixed at 11. Instead, it can now be set via AXI-write (address 0x14) and has a maximum value of 32. Therefore, we have updated bram11.v to bram32.v and modified the coefficient write-in starting address from 0x40 to 0x80.
2. Please first read the "fir_intro_testbench.ppt" to understand how to generate test patterns.
3. The specification now includes the sm_tlast signal, which should be set to 1 when transmitting the last data to indicate to the testbench that it is the final data.
