Support user's creation hook within transaction #3
Description
Some bots would want to add some properties to user record at moment of it creation.
This is to avoid unnecessary extra transaction with get/update.
Use case: A bot parse /start parameters and store who referred user.
Migration to strongo/db (#5) would help with this,
