It should access the windows sound mixer.
You should be able to switch between the Output Device via a shortcut (When i want to switch the Audioput only of an special app)
Scenario when this would be used?
When you have speakers and a Headset and just want the output switched for that app. I have to do that often (When i listen to Music via the browser and still want to hear my friends on Discord). Its annoying to Open Sound Mixer and switch it back and forth. Therefore it would be easier to have a shortcut
