Arc notes and chain notes

Description

With the 1.20.0 update adding 2 new note types, it would be cool if beatmapper had those note options to use

Why?

New notes means more possibilities for mapping

it's in the long-term plans for a future update cycle:

the short explanation is that arcs/chains are a substantially large feature addition that would require a lot more planning and triage compared to the features we rolled into the compatibility update, combined with a backlog of other core beatmap functionality and editor features that need higher priority.

i'm more than happy to accept PRs from those with the technical know-how who would like to expedite the process of getting support for arcs/chains integrated, but until then please be patient since we have one active maintainer for this project (me) and a lot of work left to do in order to bring the editor back up to speed. will revisit this issue once i have more information or updates to share.
