Prestashop integration via url tor

I don't know if this question has already been asked but I use a btcpay server on umbrelos and unfortunately I can't get a normal clearnet url to be accepted even via reverse proxy, umbrel only generates tor urls, how can I interface this url with the prestashop plugin or is there a way to solve the issue?
