Bumps the distroless group in /.github/docker with 3 updates:
distroless/cc-debian12, distroless/nodejs24-debian12 and
distroless/python3-debian12.

Updates `distroless/cc-debian12` from `14f6999` to `0000f9d`

Updates `distroless/nodejs24-debian12` from `1bc10dd` to `acc00c9`

Updates `distroless/python3-debian12` from `d6e8de8` to `afdfc6d`
