Possibility to publish to WinGet?

Hi,

Is it possible to publish Cleanmgr+ to Windows Package Manager CLI (aka winget)? Easier to update in client-side. Tried to find a way to do it myself, but I'm no expert and looks like I'd need to understand about coding, which i don't.
