Start shipping to non-npm package managers

A couple quick notes:

1. Just for simplicity I feel like we should try very hard to not pull in any external bundlers or add too much scaffolding. (A cursory bun build seemed to work great, so maybe that's an easy path forward.)
2. I'm fairly ignorant of packaging + distro for apt et al so will need to do a bit of research about any footguns there
