Second monitor buggy and unclickable

here is the screenshot of my second monitor. workspace widget is frozen and windows are pretty unckiclable plz help

I’m experiencing the same issue. My temporary workaround is to unplug the monitor from my PC and then plug it back in. This usually fixes it for a few days, but eventually the problem comes back and I have to repeat the process.
