Describe the bug
After creating an issue, it recreates the same issue infinitely - might be happening after synclinear renames them with the linear id.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect Linear and Github via https://synclinear.com/.
2. Create an issue either on Github or Linear (w/ Public/ linear labels).
3. Verify the connection by viewing the issue.
4. The created issue will be renamed multiple times with ascending linear id.
5. Multiple issues are created infinitely based on the first issue.
