[Bug]: ai-chat window stuck when dragged to the very left edge of the screen

Description

I tested dragging and dropping the ai-chat window. After I moved it to the very left, I could no longer move it away from there. The explanatory text ('Move chat', 'Set chat') is still displayed when hovering over the handle area, however, the function to move the ai-chat window seems to be disabled.
Only by refreshing the entire window, the ai-chat window could be moved to its original place.

Steps to reproduce

1. open ai-chat window
2. use the drag-area of the ai-chat window to drag it to the very left hand side of the browser and drop it there
3. try to move it away from the very left hand side.

expectation: It can be moved away
actual: it cannot be moved away. It is stuck.
