[Saving] Storybook spacing updates

Important

These issues may be Storybook-specific instead of component, but should be investigated. The Web components version currently does not have the full actions that React has currently, so ignoring those issues for now.

• In React, the vertical spacing between the text area and helper text is 8px / $spacing-03 while in Web components the spacing is 4px / $spacing-02. To mirror the text area helper text, we should use the Web components spacing in React.

• Also in React, the failed state renders a status indicator and label. The spacing between the two elements is currently 16px / $spacing-05 but should be 8px / $spacing-03
