Replace Codespell with a better spell checking for the codebase

In my opinion the codespell spell checking doesn’t do a good enough job.
I think there is a better alternative that is easy to implement that we should use.
We can use aspell on ubuntu with a GitHub action to do this job which I think will catch more spelling mistakes.
