Loose LinkedIn identities

When splitting the identities of a profile, the LinkedIn identity results unassigned. This is perfectly correct.

But when the user tries to re-assign it, SortingHat finds the existing identity and blocks the assignment. If the LinkedIn identity is unassigned, this is wrong. SH ought to re-assign the LI identity as requested.

@fioddor The LinkedIn identity is like any other, you can always merge it back into the profile. Do you mean that, when using the "Add LinkedIn profile" form, it should merge that identity into the individual if it already exists? What if it belongs to a different one?

The "Add LinkedIn profile" form should merge the LinkedIn identity into the individual if it already exists but it is unassigned.
