Remove clearAllTasks update mode #111
Description
After having spent quite a while on creating a well thought out plan, the model (Claude Sonnet 4.5) did a "split_tasks" call with the "clearAllTasks" update mode and now the entire plan is gone without a trace.
It makes zero sense to allow the model to delete all the tasks, especially tasks that have not been completed yet, in one go.
