force -- for trailing_var_arg

we have a usecase of neeting to force the -- in a trailing var arg: we have an user_args with is a trailing_var_arg with unlimited values, but before we have a scripts arg which is also a positional argument with unlimited values, so the only way to clearly distinguish between them is if we could force the -- of the trailing_var_arg in the user_args arg.
Is there some way to do this? this is quite important for us, and need some sort of solution for this

Why are you also setting trailing_var_arg instead of only setting last?

Only one positional argument with `.num_args(1..)` set is allowed per command, unless the second one also has .last(true) set

Huh, for some reason we only allow this for 1.. and not 0... It'll take some investigation to see why.

Looks like I misread the code. I've tried changing a test to look like the code you gave but I can't reproduce the problem.
