[BUG] - Windows executable gets flagged by AV

The windows exe gets flagged by AV, it looks like the code isn't signed.

I don't know too much about this, but perhaps something like https://www.sigstore.dev/ could help out with this.

Oo yes! This is a bug we noticed - we will try to look into how to sign this! I believe MacOS would also do the same so we can track both the issues here. Thank you for pointing out!

new release pipeline should help with this by making WhoDB available in the respective stores - executables will still be available and signed with sigstore but warnings might persist for Windows because we're not going to pay a buttload of money for an EV certificate.
