How to add new certification courses?

Hey there!
I am grateful for this community which has gathered so many resources, helping many students & aspiring developers.
I also look for other free certification courses on the internet and have found few courses which can be helpful for everyone but aren't listed in this repository.
I would like to get those free certification courses added in this list. How can I do so? Please let me know the procedure.
