With the introduction of #21 we will deprecate shootConditionSelectors

Acceptance Criteria:

• CareInstruction.Spec.ShootConditionSelectors are marked deprecated
• Configuration in CareInstruction.Spec.ShootConditionSelectors is transported to the new CEL expression field
