💡 Allow "Dim YouTube Pages" to only dim the Watch page #3105

Description

SHORT Table (Summary)
Problem "Dim YouTube Pages" is a good option to help bring focus to the video being watched. But it has the side effect that when on a search page, a channel page, or a subscriptions feed, everything is just awkward and hard to read. Individual video thumbnails or titles will be undimmed when hovered over, while every other video is still dark, making it much harder to parse and read the page. Image
Solution Enable a setting to change the "Dim YouTube Pages" setting to only dim the Watch page, instead of every other page on YouTube
Alternatives Improve Dim YouTube Pages to ensure that the whole search page is undimmed together, rather than video-by-video.
Scope I am suggesting a new option that becomes available if Dim YouTube Pages is enabled, and can be toggled on (to do the behaviour I'm describing) or off (default; to remain how it works today).
Side effects Should be none.
Context I cannot see what the use-case would be for dimming the search page, and to be honest I think it would be better served not supporting that functionality. But for the sake of backwards compatibility, I've proposed a more modest change that could be turned on optionally, or left off to retain existing functionality.
