Results failed on gsplat

Thanks for excellent job! I used glomap to get sparse data on my own dataset with more than 1800 images and provided the result to gsplat to reconstruct. However, all of the rendered pictures are like below:

The GT is below:

And when I checked the sparse points result in postshot, I found it was correct. Maybe camera poses were incorrect?
How can I fix this?
