Document effect of global resources on resource types 

Hey,

Looking at https://concourse-ci.org/global-resources.html#benefits-of-global-resources, one can't easily tell whether the scope of global resources extends to resource types or not.

I think it'd be good to make clear that it does effect resource types that share the same resource configuration.
