Create new textfile on classic contextmenu is missing & assocs

When installing a windows 11 pro with this unattend file (see attachement), the classic contextmenu gets enabled but theres no point under new like "create new textfile" or in german "textdokument".

When creating an .ps1 file the file assocs are not assigned to the powershell executable.

Where did I took the wrong way?

@mensch90, I also encountered this issue while editing at home. It turned out that it was not worth refusing to install a modern notepad, as without it there is no option to create a text document in the context menu

As @ExoticaQ had pointed out, the New > Text Document menu item was missing not because the classic context menu was enabled, but because modern Notepad was removed.

This had been thoroughly addressed some time ago by @Mystyle-48 via #217 – I have merged the PR just now. Both classic and modern context menus now show the appropriate item:

Thanks, I have never noticed this, but removing (modern) Notepad indeed has an effect on .ps1 files in Windows Explorer – the Edit in Notepad item is missing (as one would expect), but also the icon is blank:

However, Run with PowerShell still works, so I am not quite sure what you are referring to?
