Bugfix: Selecting a date range across "month pages" needs to be improved

For example: If I select January 1 as the start date (january is in the Jan-Feb month page) and March 10 as the end date (March is in the Mar-Apr month page): Although March 10 does get selected as the end date, the click takes me back to the Jan-Feb month page. I gotta advance month page to see that I indeed selected March 10.
