Expected Behavior

The Dapr C# Actor Service should launch successfully using dapr run. The quickstart is confirmed to function correctly on x86 Linux and passes CI validation.

Actual Behavior

The process fails immediately on Apple Silicon Macs with the fatal error:
❌ The App process exited with error code: exit status 137

This error indicates the process received a SIGKILL signal upon startup.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

The command dapr run --... -- dotnet run --urls=http://localhost:5001/ results in the exit status 137 error.

Success via Direct DLL: The application code is confirmed to be valid and runs successfully if the compiled DLL is invoked directly:
