Using icons

This is a great library, many thanks for all your hard work! :-)

I've been following the documentation to set an icon on a node.  This node's shape and color was determined when defining the config.  When I use the #override-node slot to include an icon I can't find a way to set the shape and color previously defined. Do you have an example of how to do this?
