Request for re-support of Databricks SQL CLI and compatibility with Python 3.12+

I would like to request the following two points regarding Databricks SQL CLI:

・Re-support or revival of the Databricks SQL CLI.
・Compatibility with Python 3.12 and later versions.

Currently, our customer is using the Databricks SQL CLI, but it is not officially supported by Databricks and cannot be used with Python 3.12 or later. This is causing operational difficulties.
