Stop-PSFFunction is not recognized - for new environment

After installation PS7 on new maching and installing FabricTools - there is an error while executing Connect-FabricAccount:

Install PsFramework manually: install-module PsFramework -scope CurrentUser

@NowinskiK I ran into this issue when running from an ephemeral Azure Cloud Shell. I hit the same error and found the same workaround (installing PSFramework manually).

I’m guessing the proper fix might be non-trivial, but as a potential improvement: could the module trap this error and display a clearer message? Something like:

"The PSFramework module is required but not loaded. Run Install-Module PSFramework -Scope CurrentUser and try again."

That would help a novice user (like me) understand the problem and apply the workaround quickly.
