Improvement: do not suggest anything after a comma

There is a behaviour which is a bit annoying. Just after a comma, DBCode will suggest an asterisk:

If I press Enter after the comma, instead of going to the next line it will put an asterisk. Every time I want to write a list of columns I have to keep doing Esc + Enter after every comma.

The issue is the comma is a trigger character for autocomplete.. since after typing one, the likely chance you want another column name is high.. but in your case you want a new line.. problem is if I remove the comma as a trigger character it wont prompt for autocomplete after any commas ?

I personally think it doesn't make sense to start autocompleting right after a comma. There is no context and therefore the suggestions are very vague. I'd wait for at least a letter to be typed, but it could also work after a comma and space or a comma and enter.

yeah, thats fair.. released 1.17.18 which has this fix in it.. Works better.. does not get in the way. The new language server is also a lot better with what it suggests, getting close to making it the default.
