Failed Filtering - Server Wont's Start

I am trying to download Prominence II RPG from modpack using mcman init --mrpack <pack-URL> but during the build process I am getting a bunch of warning messages that say ⚠ Warn Filtering failed for modrinth.com/mod/Xt0pMhSq/version/vY7CME9Q. Later when I try to launch the server, the server fails. Here are the logs.. I am assuming the server is failing due to the undownloaded(?) mods. Please help.

will look into this soon, just so you know the filtering failed message indicates that mcman looked at the list of mod versions and saw that there was a loader mismatch (example: modrinth says the mod version supports minecraft 1.16 and above but the server version is 1.12)
