Supporting OVAL Scanning Phase

By using OVAL vulnerability information of MyJVN API, DetExploit should be much more better product. For this issue, we need to implement "OVAL Interpreter" and "OVAL Data Downloader" on DetExploit. But well, there is still the way to use OVAL interpreter that already exists. (Like OVALdi)
