CIRA UI Enhancements

• Disable CIRA Profile on UI when CIRA is disabled on Console
  When CIRA is disabled on console → CIRA profile on UI should be greyed out / disabled
  UI should notify the user that CIRA is currently disabled
• Remove "Use CIRA" option on Add Device
  The "Use CIRA" toggle/option should not show up when adding a device
  Device gets connected to the stack automatically
• Add device connection status for CIRA connected devices
  Devices connected through CIRA should show a connection status indicator
