Process stack strace to point to user code when possible and proxy class when required

Sometime, it's useful to debug the proxy class, and changing the IDE configuration is not really nice. So the client can have a ``--bypass` argument to avoid the path mapping

Currently I think this does not require a new option. Reprocessing the stack trace to point the the proxy class when required is more natural.
