Pixel inspect crashing

As the title says, using pixel inspect on any of the example projects crashes the app.

Looks like the same issue I'm facing while using the VS Code extension to debug;

• Start the debugger with F5 in VS Code (using launch.json) works fine to use the SHADERed extension to start debugger
• SHADERed window pops up
• Click a pixel on the output
  --> SHADERed Crashes (exits) and SHADERed extension stops debugging in VS Code immediately
