Bug: --verbose overrides --loglevel if put after (for "run" at least)

Hi,
Put --loglevel first and --verbose second e.g.:
sudo btrbk --loglevel debug --verbose --progress --config=$config_file run

This doesn't even show btrfs send/receive commands.
Remove --verbose and btrfs send/receive commands are shown together with other debug info.

One would expect loglevel to have higher priority over --verbose at least.
Ideally there shouldn't be any conflicting options.
