In response to factual questions (eg. “When is the next full moon?), the supervisor will often refuse to transfer tasks to subagents, even if strictly prompted never to answer directly. Not sure if this can be solved by the user with more prompting.

Is this an actual issue? From this description alone it seems like it has to do with the model in use and how its prompted, not so much the cagent code
